Quotations for Eidul Azha arrangements

Description

Quotations are invited from the reputable Firms registered with KPPRA for the installation of the following items on rent basis for Eidgah Peshawar on occasion of Eidul Azha. The quotation shall reach the undersigned on or before 19.07.2021. 

The details are as under: -

A)

1. VIP Shamyanias - 14 Nos
2. Darries Best Quality - 1200 Nos
3. Carpet Irani - 100 Nos
4. Pedestal Fans - 30 Nos
5. Kanat - 06 Nos

B)

1. Amplifier - 02 Nos
2. Cordless Misc- 02 Nos
3. Speaker with Unit - 16 Nos

Note:

a) All the items to be supplied must be totaly clear from any sort of spotting of oil, ghee, curries etc. The Carpet, Darries etc myst be "PAAK" (Saaf) for prayer purposes.

b) All the arrangments shall be completed one day before the probable day of the Eid.

c) Separate quotations should be furnished for each portion.

d) Taxes should be charged as per Government rates.
